"Punch List Services not only fixed my leaky roof, but fixed the damage the leak had caused. The leak caused extensive drywall damage in my laundry room. Rich not only repaired the leak, but did a bang up job on the drywall. The drywall repair is almost undetectable...this BEFORE painting (I opted to repaint the room myself). After repairing the leak, Rich told me to keep an eye on things. Once I was satisfied that the leak was indeed repaired, he came back and finished the job by repairing the drywall. I think most services might have repaired the drywall right away, which makes no sense when you think about it. Rich is not only a very meticulous worker, but he's a great communicator, too. If communication and good work ethics are as important to you as they are to me, you'll give Rich Valdez of Punch List Services a call. You will not be disappointed in his work.
